Reclaimed Hardwoods
This material generally comes out of barns located in the Midwest  that were erected in the mid 1800's through the early 1900's or
through from local forests that have fire kill and fallen dead trees. Beautiful material that is a real part of America's history. Hardwood
material is stocked at our Los Angeles facility as well as our midwest facility to be shipped as availability may include  large slabs, hand
hewn beams, dimensional and beam stock , with species ranging from  White & Red Oak, Maple, Beech, Hickory, , Elm, etc.ordered. The
above pictures show hand hewn oak beams, circular sawn maple beams and antique oak beams and California White Oak slabs.
Douglas Fir was the primary wood used in construction in Southern California, therefore we carry a large supply
of reclaimed Douglas Fir.   However, if we find an exceptional offer, we broker material by the truckload from all
over the country.  Each building that comes down provides wood that has it's own unique characteristics.
Material ranges in sizes from  1x, 2x, 4x,6x,8x all the way up to 24 x 24".

The Reclaimer  sources reclaimed wood throughout the US, and we carry other species in addition to the
Douglas Fir including  oak, maple, pine, walnut, redwood, etc. This material  varies from Hand Hewn to Live Edge
Slab to Rough-Sawn Full dimensional to 4-Side Smooth, Painted, Unpainted, etc. Our inventory in other woods
changes frequently but if we don't have it we can usually  secure it on an as needed basis.

Our reclaimed wood is sold on a wholesale basis in truckload quantities as well as smaller quantities for
architects, contractors and end users of reclaimed wood. We usually have in stock or can easily locate requests
for all sizes and quantities of reclaimed wood.  Rest assured that if we offer it, then is a good product. We pass
on about 80% of the material we are offered because we don't feel it is good enough for our customers.
